Parlour At The Point was Founded in 2018 by Whitney Newman. Her inspiration was to bring the finest salon services to Santa Cruz. Our stylists specialize in the identification of our client’s uniqueness and individuality in creating their best look. Parlour At The Point has created an oasis, a cutting-edge salon in a light, modern, chic space. The vibe is open and relaxed, a place to sit and feel cared for.

Welcome to Parlour at the Point, we pride ourselves on giving our clients great hair but the Parlour experience encompasses so much more than that. Our stylists are here to style you. We want you to leave with hair that not only suits your wants, but matches your over-all lifestyle as well. Our in depth consultations include questions you may not have been asked by other stylists before, we want to know what your dream hair looks like of course, but there’s more that goes into creating your signature style!

Our educated stylists will help you determine things like your undertone, what colors suit your eye color best, what cut is going to accentuate and flatter your face and body shape. We want to know things like your morning routine and how often you want to visit the salon. We use this information to not only find out what you want for your look, but what’s going to truly look best on you and what is going to work with your schedule and life. Every color, cut or treatment that we do will be tailored to you, because your an individual with individual needs. At Parlour, we’re more than just stylists, we’re your personal stylist.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule it for you. If you should cancel or no show for a second time within the 24 hours of your appointment, we will have to charge 40% of the scheduled appointment. Thank you!

PARKING

Located directly behind the building we have a shared parking lot with Zameen. If these spots are all occupied we have street parking available, along with a large lot at the corner of 41st and Portola. Just keep in mind both these options are on a two hour time restriction.
