Hi! Nice to meet you! We're happy you're here. Let us tell you a little bit about what to expect as a new client here at Parlour At The Point!
On arrival you will be greeted with a complimentary beverage as we hand you your detailed consultation form for you to fill out. Here at Parlour At The Point we love taking the time to really understand you and your hair goals. Your stylist will escort you back to the chair and you will go over all of your questions and inspiration and help devise a personalized plan for your hair and lifestyle. We love visuals so if you can bring photos of hair you like (or don't like) then your stylist will also bring out our Ipad for you to go over tones and shapes with. Once you and your stylist are excited about the look, we will get started.
Booking
When booking a new client appoitment online we ask you choose a "new" service. This will add 15 mins onto the appointment to make sure we get a thorough consultation in. All "new" lightening services are automatically paired with our Signature "Get Pure" clarifying treatment. This treatment is beneficial to the hair prior to chemical services, especially color. It removes harsh build up that lives in hard water like chlorine, minerals and metals that keep your hair from being in its best state. The results is maintaing the integrity of the hair making it shinier and holds onto color longer and resists fading. A Parlour favorite.
